So, everyone is coming with a different answer! GOD...this question!!!!

I ve confirmed the answer wi9th my school teacher and it was D
the lamp will work normally because the fuse only blows out the crcuit and melt itself if the current exceeds the FUSE RATING .. RESt it would have no effect....
