man dat is not a problem..u can also take 2.996..

i took 3.00 because it is easy for me to locate in the graph and for the 2.996 i will have to make more calculations to c where it lies in the graph...
coz in this graph one little box is = 0.0025 ...if i will take such decimal places em gona make it tough for myself.!!1

± 20 (allow ± 17 or 18 or
19), decreasing to ± 10
(allow ± 7)

Oh apologies I got immersed in the past papers.
Vo= (5.2-4.8 )/2= 0.2
Io= (15.2-14.8 )/2= 0.2
(0.2+0.2)x 333=133.2 but mark scheme says +/-20 for the first column

No.

The error will be ( log 20.2 - log 19.8 ) / 2

If you don't divide by two , none of the answers match the markscheme.

In this way , the answer is 17.78 which is equal to +/- 18

You should be able to use log(x+dx) - log(x) for the absolute error in the logarithm. Trust me, CIE will take that.
