well apply lami's theorem.....tension in left hand string will be 5.5N....SO SET UP UR EQUATION 7.3/SIN90=5.5/sin x.....solve it u ll get and angle of 48....subtract it from 180 to get that whole angle......no apply D1 skills to reach the angle required in question......u shud get it as 41.1....for part b set up the
equation 5.5 cos angle=w cos the other angle .....solve it u get W

all u have to do is resolve the forces at X
so the weight of B will be equal to the vertical forces due to the tension in the strings
