2. Begin and end with the topic
3. Begin your essay in an interesting manner, for example, bullet-lead opening; an anecdote,dialogue or quotation.
4. Focus on one experience or event rather then a number of things unless specified
5. An essay need not to be full of violence and dramatic effects to be effective. It is not what is happening that is important but how it is told.
6. Your story must have a point
