if the threshold is anything above 140/200 for A* I am screwed :/ :(

what do u mean by 140/200 for A*? Paper 1 is 40 marks, paper 3 is 80 marks and paper 6 is 40 marks...which adds up to 160......and paper 3 is 50% and apper 1 is 30% so how did u get that 140/200 for A*?? you cant just add all the marks when its different percent of the total mark like pap1: 30% pap3: 50% pap6: 20%....plz explain I want to get an A* as well :D
Thx

In that for CX (Pap 1,3,6) it says 142..../200 but when I add up the marks I only get 160....so is it 142/160? that is small.....142/200 is nice but the total does not add up to 200 :(

see dude I'll try to explain it 2 u:
p1 carries 30% of 200 marks (which equals to 60 marks...though it is of 40 marks)
p3 carries 50% of 200 marks (which equals to 100 marks...though it is of 80 marks)
p6 carries 20% of 200 marks (which equals to 40 marks...Here 1 mark will remain the same while counting the total marks)
Get it now? :p
