Well,i think once you've completed olevls no matter whats happens u shouldn't change ur board..and that too federal..bcoz its really hard to cope up with it coz ur not used to the pso called "ratta" system... I'm not discriminating federal board..jst making it easy fr u to understand...one of my frdnz did the same thing and couldnt cope up..ending with bad marks..
