I have a doubt about the form filling there was a question about ticking an "X" if she had changed her address the last two years or wutever
should we put an X in the box or should we leave it????

well i think yes though she said that shes living at the same place since 2 years and she made an order only 6 months back but it also cleary mentions that she wants the ordered directly to her mothers address living in another country (australia)!!
