Islamiat Paper 1
Q) Explain the features of the islamic empire with other states set up in madina by the holy prophet? [10]

-Well, you have to explain the features of Islamic society like:
-Articles of faith like belief in Tauheed which the Islamic society solely was based on.
-Religious freedom: Here you can give example of the Jews that they were given full liberty of worship, their places of worships were protected or give examples about the Christians of Najran.
-Brotherhood: Give details about the brotherhood Holy Prophet established amongs muhajirins and ansars. They shared their property, they were kind, helpful and cooperative with each other.
-Justice, equality: How Holy Prophet never discriminated whether it be Muslims, non-muslims. They were treated with justice. Examples could be given like Holy Prophet's uncle Abass was taken as a captive and a companion requested the Prophet to free him without ransom but he didn't.
-Respect of women.
-The community was based on righteousness. Drinking, gambling, fornication were all prohibited.
-Rights of poor and needy people: The system of zakat was introduced to provide poor people with all the basic necessities that they were deprived of.

Do give Quranic references that will make your answer even more impressive..
