As the Question states " ESTIMATE " that suggests that there is Not any perfect accurate answer
We just have to roughly Estimate through rough calculations :)

(1)
We already have calculated the volume of the cube by the formula density = mass /volume
so the volume of the Cube is 48/4.5 =10.67 Cm ^ 3

Now we also know that the Cube is made up of atoms and there are total of 6.0 x 10 ^ 23 Atoms as stated in th question
Which simply means that 6.0 x 10 ^ 23 Atoms have Made up the total volume of the cube = 10.67 Cm ^ 3
So 1 Atoms Volume would be = 10.67 / 6.0 x 10 ^ 23 = 1.78 x 10 ^-23

(2) My sir told that generally To just Estimate we have to take Cube Root of the volume occupied by 1 Atom of the cube SO
Separation = 3√1.78 x 10 ^-23
