I just wanna ask that yes we are allowed to use Fountain pens, ball points, gel pens but my teacher suggested me to use the pointers in doing the complete paper as i was told by her that the papers were going to be sent through scanning............. so i need to know that what shall i use?!?!?!?!?!? REPLY QUICK AND ASAP.................i will be really grateful!!!! :shock:

One can use any pen that writes blue or black. Your teacher is right about the papers being scanned and wants you to use pointers because they make your writing darker, which is easy for the examiner to check.

I recommend everyone to stay on the safe side and use INK PEN !! as it remains darker after scanning !!

You could use ink pen or ballpoint pen. I've used both types in my previous exams. Also, I read somewhere that the examiners prefer you writing in black pen as its darker.

papers are scanned then checked on-line...........so better use black pen and dark pencils for nay diagrams as they show up clearly............THIS IS SAID BY EXAMINERS

Salman, I think it is improbable. You cannot possibly send like 50,000+ scans. Plus, I have a teacher who claims that they are all checked here :S.

The main system of checking is that.... first the papers are scanned and sent online.... the examiners check it .. if they are unable to read any writing then it is sent to their regarded heads, if somehow even they can not check it then it is sent to the principle examiner and be assured the principle examiner always manages to read
