Hi. Can anybody tell me if theres a deadline for reappearing olevels. Can I reappear my may/june 2016 exams again this year.

Yes, there's no restriction on the number of times you reappear. If you want to repeat a subject you gave in MJ2016, you can repeat it in MJ2017 or ON2017 as well or even later than that but that's not feasible.

But There is an age for o levels right i heard after 20 yrs you cannot appear for olevels

Well I don't really know about the limit but I am pretty sure it can't be 20.

There is no age limit you can appear when ever you want
