resit math in Oct/Nov 2010....

i was expecting get an A* in math but i coudnt get it

so i am going to retake math ... but i havea question

i am sure dat i got fullmark in P1M1P3 but ruined S1

so can i take only S1 in oct/nov or do i have to take A2 again include P3??????

there is no option to give single paper.
If you appeared in AS with P1 and S1 then you cant take S1 because AS marks are carried forwarded
however you can retake of A2 (if it has P3 with S1)
Note:
i)Dude if you have got A in maths then don't re-take .
ii)if you got B then you can sit in A2 or in full Alevel (which is not advisable.)

Yar go giv retake in Nov if u want.. U cant appear in single paper u will have to appear for P1 and S1 again if u r redoing AS or P1 p3 S1 m1 if u r doing whole Alevle !

i've got AAA in P1M1P3 but B in S1 ... so can i just give on single component??

no you cannot...A a gaya hai theek hai...or you got a conditional offer stating A* in math

If you gave full A Level, then you will have to resit for all those papers again, if you gave them separately like AS and then A2 then you can just do AS or A2 which ever had S1 in it to improve your grade.

Although as suggested by "gerrard" be happy with your A and move on.
