Sketching curves

Well, I don't wanna nag, but this is just unbearable! Whenever I try sketching a graph of a quadratic function, my hand goes bananas!

How do you guys sketch curves properly? What is your procedure?

If anyone has any tips for drawing proper curves without my hand going here and there, I'll be thankful....

USE A HB PENCIL,MAKE SURE YOUR PENCIL IS SHARP AND NOT BLUNT.DONT ERASE A LOT AND MAKE THE PAPER DIRTY .USE COREECT LINES NOT SHADED OR BROKEN LINES.BE STRONG ANDF KNOW YOULL GET THE FULL MASK FOR THIS QUESTION .YOU WILL !
