I'll show you one of the values
1/(54.5x 10^-2) = 1.83

For the absolute uncertainty,
(uncertainty/original value)
0.5/54.5
= 9.17 x 10^-3

fractional uncertainty multiplied by the value of (1/L)
1.83 x 9.17 x 10^-3
= 0.02

so answer: 1.83 +/- 0.02
