STATS HELP

I am facing difficulties in answering the theoretical parts of the stats papers while calculations parts are being done easily. How can I overcome the problem?

Theory part means?? some kind of reasoning?? like answers written in words? if yes.......then...u should b able to get the total concept of the chapter to answer such things....!! so...get concept as much as possible....!!

Our teacher made us write the comments, they are on my copy which is with sum person, I've forgotten who I gave it to. These were some of the notes I found online, quite helpful.
