Thinking Skills or TS has two aspects, 'Problem Solving' and 'Critical Thinking'.
Unfortunately there aren't enough resources for your A2 due to which most candidates end up in getting a 'B'.
But this shouldn't stop you from attempting it!
TS helps candidates in preparation for higher education and a wide
range of careers, including the fields of law, scientific research, social science, journalism, medicine,
business, accounting and engineering so i would strongly recommend you to appear for TS.

As far as the resources are concerned, stick to Cambridge's official textbook by 'Butterworth J. and Thwaites G'.
Use these online resources for guidance:

I wouldn't say it is difficult for A2 either.. it's just about going with the flow and learning from ERs and MSs. Of course the Thwaites book is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

I prepped for Thinking SKills for ~ 25 Days and ended up "a"s in all components.

To make things a bit lighter for you, the aggregate weighted marks for an "A" is around 65 for Thinking Skills.. so have fun :p
