Ok, so I was browsing through the academics section on pakgamers.com and I found this really awesome thread. I mean it was a real eye-opener. In the thread, a couple of HR ( Human Resources) guys tell about how biased hiring policies are in Pakistan. Lots of people also share their experiences of getting or trying to get a job. Although most of you are students - so am I- but I really felt compelled to share this with you. There is some real shocking stuff in here. I recommend everyone to have a look.
