hath means hand n gadi means car...so actually it means hand cart...not (hand car)...n rail means train(i think, don't now hindi/urdu well) n gadi means car so it means train.....if u live in places like India, Bangladesh or Pakistan (maybe) etc then u will know what u mean coz hand carts n bullock carts r found here...
