Yes, its not that easy to balance yourself on it especially when taking turns, its highly likely one can fall. the ones who weren't wearing helmets and driving it like crazy, carelessly had to suffer from head injuries which later on caused death. The multi-millionaire owner of the company, Jim Heselden that makes Segway motorised scooters had died in a freak accident while riding one of his own vehicles.
