What is happening to the temperature and to the density of water while it is boiling ?

please give scientific explanations?

The temperature remains the same thats for sure because the energy provided bt heating the water is absorbed by the water particles and the ones with higher energy evaporate ie boil.
For density Im not sure but I think density will decrease as the amount of water is decreasing in the pot as water particles are evaporating and so does the volume......plus every thing's density decreases when it is heated as particles gain energy and go far away from each other by weakening the bonds between them.

Density is mass per unit volume. That means density is inversely proportional to the volume.
As water boils, its volume increases as it occupies more space. Thereby, the density decreases.

I just wanted to confirm that during boiling does volume increase???

temperature will stay constant as heat taken in is utilized to break the existing bonds between particles.
Density will decrease because when boiling the volume increases and mass remains constant so density decreases

The volume increases so the density decreases and the temperature remains the same.

Temperature and density both remain constant. Temperature will stay constant as heat taken in is utilized to break the existing bonds between particles. The question is about the density of water as it boils not steam. The density of water thus remains constant because during boiling the mass of water decreases (as it is turned into steam) and the volume of water also decreases (as the question is about volume of "WATER" which also decrease) . So the density and temperature of water remain constant.
