No, the scenario is for ATC. It's for students who don't opt for the coursework (project).

Scenario thing is for private candidates while sending project shows you are a regular student of any school.

No it won't. Every computer student from my school is appearing for p3. My teacher was the one who recommend p3 as it is a less burden than the project.

No! you wont have any problem sitting for paper 3, it is on choice of astudent, CIE doesnt restrict.
