Just make your vocab good... Learn how to use those MUHAORAY.... And check what CIE demands (EXAMINER REPORTS or MARKING KEYS)... Thats it...

dont u guys understand that I am in MBBS ,hopefully i must have done A levels ,which requires 2 years .
and O level is done before u do A levels!!!!
i did from ksa and we dont get percentage there!
