Urdu second lang 3248/1 paper discussion

Ok so hopefully 24 have passed, paper was not that hard but I had a problem in translation remember the last sentence it said "every one know what weather will it be in a particular season so there is no need to talk about it!" some thing like that... if weather =mousam(in urdu) than what will we call season ?
Please do tell me and those who havent seen the paper can also help because I gave the sentence...

In Mukalma it said with parents(waldien) so could we put all 3? (son,mom and dad?)
