First of all i must say this is quite an interesting thread(y) , first of its kind.
well obviously we all know that breakfast is very important as it kick starts our day.:)
and also that there are many people out there who do not have any.:(
but it is really important or else we'll be feeling like this :confused: or this :sick: all day.
and honestly drinking only coffee is not very advisable!
so all you people out there have breakfast and enjoy it;)!

Well what is the advised breakfast? Anyone? not too heavy nor too light...... cuz everyone of you would know the feeling of eating so early in morning :p ?

Well i guess that would be something just enough to give you a boost and enough that lasts all the time until your next meal of the day, whether it be a snack or proper lunch. It should never be too heavy but something light that also fills your stomach.
