what is the marking rule for o'levels

my teacher says A * is only 97% above but i think its 90. Could someone please list the marking rule for each grade(A-U).

Oh my no no that's not true. I can tell you my papers weren't exactly 90% ones but I got A*s. CIE appendices clearly state that 90%+ is A*.
Perhaps she wants you guys to work super extra hard so you get distinctions and top the country.
