I have completed my syllabus for islamiat and for urdu but I can't focus on them , we are having tests now a days and i get so depressed that some of my class mates have already revised it twice and i haven't even done that once and my teachers are kind of... umm those who degrade students alot.. my urdu teacher said that i'll get an A* but my isl one says i'll get an A and that's really depressing....
and i haven't even started my past papers so when ever I start to study i look for ways to do something else like go out and that wastes alot of time so what should I do?? :(

I have been through this situation many times now :p And the only way i found WORKING was that whatever i could use to waste my time (laptop or whatever)... Put a stone on your heart but try and leave them :) Your concentration won't waver AT ALL and your focus will sharpen dramatically! :)

you havent started past papers??? seriously? don't waste tym then... start doing from 2004 onwards atleast... time yourself! and check ur solution using markschemes... not kidding; if you wanna make ur parents proud u gotta study this month! try to make isl notes in light of syllabus based on markschemes + ur book.... try to make notes in bullet points form for each topic in syllabus (markscheme wd give u many bullets)..
I think urdu just needs practice.. u may even ask ur parents to chq the essays in urdu,....
