  1. Biology
  2. chem
  3. phy
  4. maths
  5. eng
  6. pk studies
  7. comp
I didn't study that much for Isl and Urdu dwo I still managed to get good grades (Alhumdulilah) but these are the imp ones and the tough ones and I cant study them in the last 5 days like I did with isl and urdu and I really want to get A*s in all of em. So anyone who has done his/her O Level or is still doing it, need suggestions pleaseee

When should I start studying for these subjects and how much time should I spend with each one?
Thanks in advance :)

The best is to start studying 8 weeks before exams and you should spend at least 2 hours on each subject and you can try use different methods of studying so you won't easily get bored.

well that's a lot of subjects so you can't study in last 5 days n expect to get good grades....
I'd say finish the syllabus of those subjects 5-6 months before exams....
also make ur own notes, especially for pkstds... at least for difficult subjecs and subjects with lots of memorization, you should have ur own conscise notes so its easy to revise through them....
when last 5 months are left start doing ast papers.. BELIEVE ME whn I say doing past papers and checking them from markscheme is THE most important thing in getting a good grade since through them you learn how to answer questions, and what the examoner excpets u to write in answer to a particular kind of question... u'd also notice similar pattern,,, so put those points in the notes.. like in chem whenevr it asks u for haber process conditions u just look once wht the markscheme says put it down in ur notes n whnevr he asks you a similar question just write that....

and here is how to prepare for exams n manage ur time in doing past papers....

I'd say you should try finishin the past paprs from 2003-2012
if that's hard then at LEAST from 2006 onwards... might seem much but if you make a timetable and stick to it... it's easy, insha'Allah...

badrobot pretty much covered it, but i would like to add a few things.

Study a little each day . In this way , the things won't get jumbled up in your head and you'll be able to recall them with ease. However , you'll need to do this on a regular basis or you tend to forget the stuff you learnt the previous day.

Biology is quite an interesting subject (not the part about plants , that makes me yawn). All you gotta do is take interest in it , and before you know it you would have mastered it. Really it's cake.
Chemistry is the most fun , although it can get tricky at times.
Physics was never my favorite , i still don't understand how i managed to get an A .
Math has another name - Easy
Computer - i didn't take , so no advice on this one

All you gotta do is stick to the idea of getting those A*s . No matter what people say ,if you believe you can do it , Inshallah you will.
