Whether to Reapear or Not?

I appeared for PakStudies and Islamiat last year in May/June 2011. Getting an unsatisfactory result, i got B's. The one in PakStudies was on 83 . I decided to move on with life. Now with only 4 months to go for my CIE exams , i want to reappear, but cant make up my mind. Should I? Need an advice. I want to keep my current subjects the priority just improve grades in these ( an A is fine) . Rest of my Subjects include Bio, Chem,Phy, Math, Addmath,Eng and Urdu.

no. A is 85+ and A* is 95+. Official Thresholds. Percentile can lower or increase the grades. My Friend didn't get an A* on 91!! But his friend got it on 93? Get the picture? but as official thresholds its 85 and 95 respectively.

But they didn't mention the percentages in May June 2011? Did they?

yes...... they did not mention the marks in this year s sessions? i did not get marks.... only grades

I contacted them to get my percentages. There is a thing in this world called a ''phone''. Anyone heard of it?

Its up to u,if u want to appear again or not,seeing the papers getting difficult from 2010 onwards due to a lot of unexpected question it makes it more difficult for you.
well u got to see whether u remember the old stuff u learnt of Pakstudies and Islamiat if u do then i wud say go ahead but if u arent sure and u dont remember a great deal u shudnt go for it as the subs u named are more imp than these ones,u might not get an admission in an Alevel school by not getting an A* or an A in these subs than the ones u want to reappear.
Also u have to see whether you will be able to cover up everything else and perfect it if u cant then its not the risk to be taken ! i would say dont reappear.What u got u got, time now to move ahead and get straight A*s in these all !

ALso what abt Isl what percent did u get that A on,i got an A* i wonder what percentage i achieved there !

There is also a word called "Time" ever heard of it? Not all people are as free as u r.
anyways B's are just fine. Maybe Allah S.W.T has planned something better. I also got a B in Pak-studies though i filled almost 5 registers solving 10 years past papers.

i dont think it was dat hard! i got an A* in both Pakstudies and Islamiat! Also in Urdu (but da easy 1) In add maths i got a B...

I think u shud not give it again cuz da other, more important, subjects are still left! Get gud grades in dose and it will be gud enuf!
Pak universities count Pak st. and Islamiat as essential but da grades u get in dem arent dat imp.....The actual base r ur grades in Maths, Phy, Chem, Bio and Eng!
