sin^2x = (1- cos2x)/2 ratio of x on both sides is of 1: 2

now if it becomes.... sin^2(2x) then make sure the ratio is the same


i.e sin^2(2x) = (1-cos4x)/2

integrate it now 1/2x - sin4x/8
