    same value was calculated by me (Y) it was 83.33 but as the question was to the nearest whole number so 83 was the answer :) Hyna?

    As None of the error bars overlap, so the difference in the two values is significant, so we can say the student's experiment was reliable because as we decrease the nitrogen the enzyme's activity also decreases. (I can be wrong, this is what I wrote)

    As we had to sequence the template. starting from the p'3. which is the end from where the transcription of Modified neucliotides started hence , the first fragment would be the samllest one? so it must travel the farthest distance ? okay? :S

    i asked my teacher and also googled it :p What I found was Detergent contains enzyme lipase and it is to dissolve the lipid bilayer membrane and to extract the DNA out :/
