    OK forget the percentages but the whole principle is still the same. For most people, study means a last-minute preparation (not in CIE's though). Some don't even give a damn. Trust me. I've been enough people to know that.

    CCleaner doesn't come preinstalled with Windows however it's one of the best cleanup softwares out there so you should probably install it. If you are using Windows Vista or 7 then there is also no need for defragmenting your hard drive as I have read that Windows does this itself. I'll link you...
