Why? It's not too highly rated by most universities, and it goes un-credited by a lot too.

He's right. It's pretty much an either or. They really don't want to see you inflate your grades with varieties of the same subject at core.

First get that, then think about unique. Like I said, you can't base your application on something you don't have. Trust me, I've been there, I've done that. I may sound like I'm mocking you here, but trust me, I'm not. Unique isn't doing A Levels in 5 months. And, well, for starters...

10 subjects are more than enough. I don't know why you'd possibly want to do A Levels in 5 months, but I guess so. You're at no benefit doing it earlier than the rest. Just clarifying. All I'll say here is, achay achon say A Level 2 saal may nai hota. If you can manage that in 5 months, go...

Vague! Abroad where? UK, USA, Canada, Turkey, China, Australia, Malaysia etc.

Really? I don't remember reading that. Anyway. Not! A Level isn't just about syllabus. The papers are exponentially tougher, there is zero choice in questions, and answering questions is much more tricky. If O Levels was 40% analytical, I'll say A levels is 70% (relatively speaking, ofcourse)...

Yeah. Sounds good. Where do you want to go (country, if not particular uni), and have you given any exams so far, if so, what session(s)? I'm not sure if you can give Biology (Pure) alongside Human and Social Biology. You'd want to check up on that.

Screw that, do you think you can handle the entire A Levels in 4-5 months? I know I couldn't.

I don't do that on public forums. If you really want to you, we can carry this on on PM. Like I said, diversity! Also, EM has a shitload of applications in future for Engineers, depending on the type of Engineering you do. D'you know why diversity is, while maintaining grades, important? It...

Actually, A Level grades are pretty much useless for the US unis. For the Pakistani uni's, I have yet to see a student being favored for extra subs, that too at O Levels.

Also, don't forget that the O Level results take up only about 15-20% of your entire application. SAT Reasoning, College Essay, Teacher Recommendations, Internships + Community/Social Work, Sports, National Achievements etc all form up your application. Merely getting 30As doesn't guarantee an...

19 As in 5 attempts is no big deal. 19As in 2 attempts is. What people don't get is that the number of As isn't what matters. Well, it does, but not alone. What matters is that how many of them came grouped. Giving 3 exams per session and giving them in 6 sessions is no big deal. Most US Uni's...

Plain and simple, diversity! I took a handful of subjects, and even though it affected Biology (although an irrelevant subject for me), the merits outdo the B in Biology. Exposure to this many subjects not only brings you to a higher level of intellect amongst your immediate peer group, it...

Private A'levels, is it worth it?

Still better than recognition but no participation/win. I know. MUNIK is one of Pakistans biggest MUNS so they're boudn to be present. But, this (the participation) depends upon myself staying in Pakistan or not. I've debated, alright. Just not MUNs. Besides. Winning isn't everything! Even...

Wrong. Been there, done that. Took a lot of effort, I had to shell out a shitload of time each day, but did it at the end. Depends on ones aptitude for Math too.

In Pakistan, nope. But I see no point why the one with 15As will stay in Pk.

My cousin did Business in a week and a half (plus one week for rigorous papers). So yes, I'd say one can do it, but you'd ahve to work real hard!
