    AS PHY PRACTICAL 33

    1. If the k values are close, the relationship is correct; if there's a very slight difference, for instance 25 and 21 or 0.00087 and 0.00076, then it is also correct, but you must say that there is a difference which can be attributed to random errors. 2. All measured values must be given to...

Chemistry paper 33 how was it?

My M was Caesium because Ar=127 and Cs is the closest Group 1 metal to that, so.

They still had to do the tests, though, because there are marks for the observations; and they couldn't have been sure, anyway, of whether or not what they found on the Internet was correct. Though I saw it after the exam, and it was, heh.

I wrote nitrite too. There were bubbles of gas with dilute HCl.

The first asked for the mode of action of the enzyme; you had to say that the substrate is complementary to the active site, that an E-S complex forms, and that the enzyme remains unaltered at the end, etc. In the second, you had to talk about the denaturation of the active site.

The 1st sugar was maltose, the 2nd trehalose, the 3rd cellobiose the 4th sucrose. In the epidemiological question, you had to say something to the effect of that when the number of smokers increases, the number of TB cases reported also increases.
  17. h4rriet

    AS Biology paper 22 May 13th 2013

The first was maltose, the second trehalose and the last sucrose. Don't remember the name of the fourth, but it was the third structure.
