    The CIE website says DISTINCTION is awarded if a student obtains grade A(a) or above in five subjects and gradeC(c) or above in two further subject I'm giving 6 exams in May and I gave 2 in October November so will their results be joined or can you only get a distinction if you give 7 subjects...
