    stress? in terms of what? depends on the category :P anger? just sit down , relax, cant relax? try to relax, take deep breaths.... okay its not a yoga session..... so coming to the point.... calm urself down.... by writing out ..... praying ...... go out for a walk..... just dont make any...

    especially when ur in a rush ...... or at times going back home from a rushy place or event.... once happened ..... i was coming back from a mall or shopping centre .... and was in the car .... when we had travelled the half the distance back home..... randomly felt my pocket.... and "hey" ...
