    Its for 3 marks so you should write something like that a chemical stimulus is detected by the receptors on the tongue mainly the taste buds. The sensory neurones transmit impulses towards the brain/central nervous system. Hence brain enables us to taste the particular substance.

    When you attempt a section B question, Take a rough sheet and make points and number them....Get at least more points than the number allocated for the question. Then attempt the question elaborating each point.1 point = 1-2 lines is ok , depends on the question.

    Magnification was x560 and this is how you obtain it: 1.Measure the diameter of the pollen grain which was 5.6cm/56mm (1 Mark) 2. Measure the line given which was 2.75cm. Hence 2.75cm represented 0.05mm. So how much would 5.6cm represent? We find out using ratio method...

    I think so......In marking schemes they always say to label x-axis but it depends on the examiner....You might not be penalized.

    Actually logic and common sense says says that at 2cm the car would travel little distance( also depends on the surface) but cie screws with our brains. We had to give our answer ACCORDING to our GRAPH hence it was no distance and will end up at position 2. Hope this clears it up.
