    yeah if you get these 4 subjects then it's the best your chice would be open , you could either get into medical field or into enginering field so dont put a burden on yourself by taking another subject :)

    yeah if you want addmission in medical then there is no need for Maths but if you think you can manage Maths with the other three subjects then make it a extra subject :)

    well it depends on ones capability but if you work hard then it is possible one of my friend gave paper just by preparing 3 months and got a B altough he had worked quite hard but if you work more hard you will make up to an easy A :)
