Which is better: Doing a board exam in Oct/Nov or May/June

My advice would bee to give it all together, but not separately. And anyway, you'll have plenty of time for revision between exams, there is always a large gap between exams. If you want to give anything in October/November, my advice would be to give the languages (in your case, English).

How prepared are you? - MAY JUNE 2014 BATCH!?

Done everything I could? Nope. Haven't done all pastpapers and variants. Done enough to ace it. Doing 8 subjects ;)

EXPECTED marks for getting A*'s for IGCSE !!!

This is outdated, no use asking here. Grade thresholds vary from year to year, depending on the separate components, variants, and the respective difficulty in the paper. And total raw marks for chemistry is 160, not 180 (P1=40, P2/P3=80, P4/P5/P6=40).

    Preparing for 2014 IGCSE exams

Study, chill, study some more, then chill out even more. Practice papers, read textbooks, chill out later, write notes, eat healthy, concentrate hard and shut off all distractions. Then chill out even harder.
