    Physics Confusions

torque is the product of 1 of the forces and perpendicular distance b/w forces while moment is the product of force and the perpendicular distance between the force and the turning point (pivot) not the centre of gravity!!

:P making fun of my drawing? :P u ALWAYS take the angle between n=0 and n=x (x can be 1,2,3,4,5,6......) in this question n=2 by subtracting 162-132 we get 26' which is the angle between n=2 and n=2 we want the angle between n=2 and n=0 as i said before now look at my image again, and stop...

Physics AS Paper 22 .... Discussion

4c....here, u subtract the area of the cylindrical rod by the area when the rod is under tensile stress ---->from the graph, the tensile stress is 9*10^8 Pa...this is when the rod has the smallest cross sectional area (due to necking) stress= force / area area= force/ stress force = 1.9*10^3 N...

4b is Young Modulus is stress/ strain stress (from the graph) =9*10^8 Pa strain=0.013

    Phase difference..

in phase means that the phase difference is multiples of lambda whereas out of phase means that the phase difference is multiple of 1/2 lambdas here's my attachment...hope u get it :) p.d is phase difference here

    meV kinectic energy??????

yeah its like the one which came in may/jun 2010 p23 Physics! there's nothing to worry abt M means mega, so its equal to 10^6 and e is the charge on an electron which is 1.6*10^-19 and V is just a constant, u dont take this into consideration :)

Re: Another Question libra94 wavelength is the distance between 2 points on 2 successive waves so we use fig 4.2 cuz the x-axis is the distance so lets take 2 crests, and find the distance between then u'll get 7.5 cm :)
