    7b....u use the equation d sinθ = λn make sure all the units are in meters!!! λ = 630 / 1000 000 000 n= 2 sinθ = (162 - 136) / 2 then find ur d, which is equal to 5.6*10^-6 m!!

if its paper 2 then...here it goes......... 3b...i) upward force is equal to the downward force 570 + x = 950 so the reading on B will be 950-570 = 380 N ii) it must be nearer to the Y end, cuz, again, upward forces are eual to the downward forcces, so to make the plank balanced, the weight...

    Phy AS HELP!

the load is divided in each spring, thats why each of them will extend by 0.5 e the springs are connected in parallel, so the total extension will be 0.5 as they are stretching TOGETHER! they dont want the total extension of each spring, they want the total extension of the arrrangement!!! so...

7bii volatage in the thermistor 6-3.6= 2.4V current in 2000Ω resistor = 3.6/2000 = 0.0018A current in 5000Ω resistor = 2.4/5000 = 0.00048A kirchoff's first law states that the current going into the point is equal to the curent leaving out of that point so, the current in the thermistor is...

    u find the resultant amplitude 3-2 = 1 then I=kA^2 u already hav k from part c (i)...k=1/9 so ur resultant intensity will be I = 1i/9 (1)^2 = 1i/9

    physics p2 help...

u use the equation force= (change in momentum)/time change in momentum is [(35/1000 * 4.5) - (35/1000 * -3.5)] / 0.14 =2N the direction of the force will be upwards as the plate exerts an upward force to push the ball

    Physics Momentum AS QS! Help!

change in momentum (140/1000 * 5.5 ) - (140/1000 * -4.0) =1.33Nm as momentum is a vector quantity, we take the directions into consideration so we take -4 as the ball is moving in opp. direction (u can see that frm the graph)
