Physics, Chemistry and Biology: Post your doubts here!

I get your point, but doing a solution manual is an overshot CIE (whether it is O-level, IGCSE, or a level) surprise students from all over the world, with their unpredictable and rather out of context questions, so depending on me to do past papers might induce over reliance in weak students...

Physics, Chemistry and Biology: Post your doubts here!

This is pretty basic stuff, we know that R is inversely proportional with cross section, so it must be inversely proportional to the square of the radius, I cannot explain it verbally, but just follow the steps R↔1/A so R↔1/r^2 (no pi here, because this is just proportionality) so R↔1/(d/2)^2...

    Physics: Post your doubts here!

Very easy, In fact, it can be solved using IGCSE knowledge first of all the wavelength(lambda) =24 m velocity= 1.6 m/s so frequency = v/(lambda) = 1.6/24 (not going to reduce to decimal, you will know later) and since frequency = 1/time period so time period = 1/freq =1/1.6/24= 24/1.6 = 15 s...

    University offer after o levels

I don't believe this is possible, In Fact, if you want to apply o USA/Canada you are usually asked to sit SAT exam so even if you are not willing to go onto A-level, you will have to take this exam, I have no idea about Australia, but it could be something similar, so my advice is to read about...
