    Er, I was just passing by, saw this so thought I'd teach u atrick.. if you can't open a site (coz of ur ISP) download this software: https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en (obviously the english one) this opens a special fire-fox browser you can use to visit anything...
