it is better if you copy the label created in step 13. Open the copied label (Rename to Autolabel) and then start recording macro. The steps are few so do so accordingly: Start recording>got to Mailings> select Finish&Merge from Finish> select Edit individual documents...> Stop recording... -

the discount is calculated basing on the discount code in cell D26 and the subtotal in cell E25, it is not depended on the gross total in cell E27 -

How do you move items while recording macro in word
first of all, a trick for this is to insert the image first and then do the rest of the things now when you insert the pic, check the Text Wrapping, in most cases this is set to In Line With Text. However it is not possible (or I've not found out the way yet) to change text wrapping settings... -

if you don;t know how to create macro, see this video first to complete this step, first start recording the macro... insert the logo then.. it will save a lot of hassle. So do the last step first and then carry on exactly as asked in the question. To create the prompt see the picture below...
