    He explained it in his video, lol. Not A or B cuz a reactive gas is produced.... and not D because Al(NO3)3 is usually formed when it thermally decomposes where as this does not and therefore the ans is C.

    4= A, cuz if 8 more electrons are present then it must be in the same group , and it could be a noble gas , or anything else , who knows?>.. so both are correct.

    No ! ag has oxidation state of +1 , and u had to include state symbols that gives u the other mark , its already balanced :)
