Do we require any detailed knowledge of AS syllabus (such as glycosidic bonds, Bohr's cycle and what not) for A2 examinations apart from the basics such as enzymes and transportation?? The only evidence of AS knowledge requirement I have found till date in the A2 papers has been "antibody structure" that too only because it was so closely linked with monoclonal antibodies. So, what do you think, AS revision required??
