you wont be able to get the correct answer cuz these are scanned papers. the method is to measure the width and then divide it by (0.05*2) coz the line that represents 0.05 mm is half of the width of grain

Yes the chemical is
DCPIP !! It can detect vitamin c

it's about wht steps or observations are seen in each food test. if a step or an observation is a part of the test you(tick) it and if not then u (x) it.
e.g.heating is required for reduicing sugars so you (tick) it but not for proteins or fats or starch so you cross them.
