What do you mean?! Me Pretending to be an idiot!!! :p :p but I guess I know what did you mean!! :p but you should chose the right doctor to find a cure for your diease because it has developed very nicely in your body!! If you know what I mean!! ;) :p :p :p

I hope you won't mind teaching my awesome syndrome of guessing to your children as well!! :D but oh I forget it is running across your blood stream so I guess it won't be a like they say "pain in the ass" !!! :p ;) :p if you know what I mean!! :p
