Percentage I got was 51% :/ did anyone else get this value??

I got confused about the vaccine question. I wrote that it induces a mild attack of small pox in the person injected so that the persons body will develop immune response and produce plasma cells against it to prevent reinfection AND vaccine injected is an antigen against which antibodies will be made by the human body that are complementary in shape to it. :/

ya i got 51% as well.. coz it clearly stated that the % of agricultural land among N fixing microorganisms which means among ( biological organisms) .
for the vaccine qn., i wrote that its freeze-dried and it can tolerate high temperatures so suitable for use in the tropics, it was cheap too.

wat were da difference b/w replication and trncription??
transcription replication
only one DNA strand is involved (sense strand) both strands are used
happens during protein synthesis happens b4 cell division
results in the formation of m-RNA strand results in formation of another DNA strand
the strands unzip and unwind partially the strands unzip and unwind completely

wasnt the question "what is the function of B?" not "what is B" and so shouldnt the answer be exchange of gases? :S
