independent= concentration of subtilisin Awhat were the dependent and indpendent variables for the first question?
dependent = rate of removal of gelatin
i don't exactly remember the independent

yup i wrote the sameexposure to alcohol?
(Y)independent= concentration of subtilisin A

i don't exactly remember the independent
I used proportional. Since serial dilution could produce very dilute solutions. But I don't think they'll judge that..? They asked for a procedure, not a method, if i'm not wrong. What did you guys write in the dilution question?? Please answer ? Was it serial or proportional ?
it can be both and yes as Komail said they asked for a procedure so you can write either about serial dilution or about proportional dilutionWhat did you guys write in the dilution question?? Please answer ? Was it serial or proportional ?

did you convert from mg to ug in this questionit can be both and yes as Komail said they asked for a procedure so you can write either about serial dilution or about proportional dilution
but i wrote about serial dilution
never came across my mind :0!did you convert from mg to ug in this question
i even forgot to do this step i just did the normal serial dilution and used the formulae c1v1=c2v2never came across my mind :0!
same. but i did not use any formula.i even forgot to do this step i just did the normal serial dilution and used the formulae c1v1=c2v2
how did u do it
like 50cm3 of subtilisin Alike how proportional i don't get it
oh yeah i did the samelike 50cm3 of subtilisin A
40cm3 of subtilisin A, 10 cm3 of EDTA and saline buffer solution
and so on..
was it um per gram? i don't remember it.oh yeah i did the same
do you think we will lose marks for not converting
i dont think so we had to do any conversiondid you convert from mg to ug in this question
when you are using serial dilution method you dont have to use any formulai even forgot to do this step i just did the normal serial dilution and used the formulae c1v1=c2v2
how did u do it
i dont think so we had to do any conversion
ooops then i wrote something and explained sth else *facepalmed* i hope they go blind while reading this :/when you are using serial dilution method you dont have to use any formula
c1v1=c2v2 formula is used for normal dilution(dilution other than serial dilution) , you can never use this formula for serial dilution because serial dilution means just halfing the concentration
