Chem P4 eelctrode potential help

anybody ?? do we have to look at the reversible equations or the reactions occuring at the electrodes ?

Look at the half equations for the electrodes.
For the cathode,
Increasing OH shifts equilibrium to the right, more electrons are produced, so E will be more negative

For anode,
Increasing OH shifts equilibrium to the left, again, more electrons are produced, so E will again, be more negative.
